I am absent until August 10. But the tree house remains available. But I can't guarantee the cleanliness or empty the chemical toilet. The tree house remains accessible.

I offer:
- A simple tree house of 15 square meters divided into a terrace part and a watertight hut of 1.7 m by 2.7 m. You can stay here with a maximum of 3 adults. The platform of the tree house is 1.7 m high at the highest part. The tree house is located on the edge of town in an urban garden. Behind the garden is a popular walking path.
- A chemical toilet is available under the tree house in a sheltered part of the garden.
- There is electricity and light in the tree house and on the terrace.
- There is also a terrace attached to the tree house.
- The tree house is located in a garden adjacent to the nearby neighboring gardens. Noise nuisance from a lawnmower, etc. is possible.
- There is a bbq device available.
- mud kitchen for the kids

What's not there:
- toilet in the tree house
- mattresses and sleeping equipment
- cooking utensils
- charcoal
- heating in the tree house
- water in the tree house
- make a fire (only after consultation with the owner)
But if we can help you with anything, just ask.
Tip: bring something against the mosquitoes!
The owner may not be present during your stay. You can enter the garden and the tree house without any problems.

I enjoyed this place so much! Can completely relax. Beautifully done. Very friendly neighbors too. To be repeated!

How was the contact with the host?
Had no contact. I thought that was a shame, but I didn't see how to do that on the site either.

Tips for new guests?
I myself enjoyed the passing walkers on the gravel path. Had a lot of nice chats! But if you are not open to that, you can certainly protect yourself from this. Please bring extra water with you to wash.

Lou (5) and myself had a great time with everything on and around this beautifully situated tree house. Playing around, chilling, bbq and fire bowl, everything is there for an adventurous overnight stay.

How was the contact with the host?
The host was on vacation, but easy contact via this platform and someone even came to see if everything was okay. Nice neighbors too.

Tips for new guests?
Bring enough water and, as mentioned before, something against the mosquitoes.
The mountain bike route of Scherpenheuvel Zichem passes nearby.

With our 4 kids we went to the tree house for a night. They slept in the tree house and we in a tent next to it. It was a really nice experience! Everything is neatly maintained. The kids could play to their heart's content in and around the tree house. The mud kitchen was also a huge success!

How was the contact with the host?
Bram & his kids were super sweet on arrival. They only gave us tips and information.

Tips for new guests?
Don't forget the mosquito repellent!
& above all, don't hesitate just book!

What a lovely place with a very nice tree house!
Super fun to do with kids.

How was the contact with the host?
The host himself was not present, but we received a message the day before with all the info. Everything was very clear and in order.

Tips for new guests?
Bring an extra sheet with you to darken even more, because the curtain that hangs allows a lot of light through.
We brought an electric fire on which we could cook.

Nice, quiet place.
Beautiful surroundings.

How was the contact with the host?
Greeted very kindly

Tips for new guests?
We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 5. Fortunately, the smallest is enough with half a mat. With 2 adults and 2 children it is better to bring 4 mats and not a double mattress like us. But everyone slept well.

How nice was that! A while ago we were allowed to stay in Bram's tree house. This fully met our expectations as the pictures show. The inner part with the beautiful large window, the outdoor part with the tree in it, the entrances and exits, steps and steps, swing, rope. Really super fine. We found it very difficult to go home again and we would love to come back one day. Only then will we stay a little longer! †

How was the contact with the host?
We only spoke by email, but that was very clear, friendly and pleasant.

Tips for new guests?
Despite the shelter, the nights can be quite cold, so bring warm clothing/sleeping bag.

For outside: light the fire and enjoy with or without marshmallows :-)

I spent a night in the tree house with my two children. You can sleep exactly with 3 next to each other. It was really an experience to cook on fire, bring our own water and hang out on the ropes. The hut is very atmospheric thanks to the lights!

How was the contact with the host?
Very well; Bram was very helpful and accessible.

Tips for new guests?
There was a paper with a breakfast service. We ourselves had croissant dough on a stick, take it off and stuff the hollow with Easter eggs.

Super nice, we just wanted to relax for a weekend and cook on the fire and nothing was less than expected. You have to be a bit flexible to get through the doors but hey, it's made for his kids of course. Bram himself is also very friendly and ready to help if needed. We will definitely come back again! :) thanks bram!

How was the contact with the host?

Tell us about your experience
A magical experience to spend the night in a tree house. With the seats, hammock and lights it was an unforgettable experience. It is quite primitive staying overnight, resulting in a small toilet, no shower and limited drinking water. That makes it adventurous! Furthermore, everything shows that this tree house was built with love and pleasure by Bram and his children.

Host Bram has responded

Thank you Selke. Glad you enjoyed it.

Beautiful and spacious tree house, hidden in a Scherpenheuvel garden. Barbecue with the setting sun, breakfast on the tree house terrace, children playing in the mud kitchen: that's all.

How was the contact with the host?

Tips for new guests?
The mosquitoes also appreciated the charm of the tree house, so it is best to use the protective equipment provided in the hut.

Earplugs for sleeping. It was a very windy night which caused the tree house to creak.

Spending the night in this adventurous and beautiful tree house was a real treat. I went out with my two daughters aged 9 and 13.
It was already an adventure to park in the center and walk to the tree house via the beautiful footpath. Once arrived, the entire hut was inspected and all the material was pulled up via the elevator. The bedroom was spacious enough for 3 mats (bring your own mats and sleeping bags). Then romp around in and around the tree house: slide, climbing rope, chickens, large garden and BBQ together. Another campfire (wood is provided) and it was the perfect day. There is no bathroom on site but there is a toilet, it is real camping but in a fairytale tree house. Bram is a very cool host who clearly enjoys seeing guests in his garden
