About this campspace

The Dairy Farm and Visit Farm is located in beautiful Beltrum, a picturesque village in the Achterhoek countryside. Owners Bennie and Monique opened the stables in 2012 and are happy to let you enjoy all the beauty that the countryside has to offer.
The dairy farm and visiting farm is distinguished by its small scale, and for Bennie and Monique the farmer-citizen connection is very important; show the consumer where his / her food comes from. Fairly produced food from Dutch soil.
In addition to milking their 50 cows, these entrepreneurs do even more.
They give guided tours of the farm and are happy to show you what the cow has to do to make that delicious milk, how the cows are housed, and in the summer they lie in the meadow to “chill”.
Farm education; for schools of the BO, SO but also for the MBO they have various great programs in which experiencing-experiencing-feeling are central.
Monique is also a certified horse coach / autism coach and guides young people and young adults in an increasingly demanding society.
In 2021, the holiday home will be completely renovated, and you and your family can stay at the farm for 3 nights or more. Bennie and Monique guarantee you an unforgettable adventure on the farm. And of course not just any farm, really a working (small-scale) agricultural company, in which connection and hospitality are central.
Bennie is a farmer in heart and soul and is happy to tell you more about his passion: his cows.
The holiday home for 5 people is fully equipped.

Scout Bianca About the scout program

Tell us about your experience
On arrival at Monique and Bennie's company we were warmly welcomed by Monique, she told us about the company and the animals and showed us the accommodation. It is suitable for 5 people and fully equipped, with a complete kitchen, a neat shower and comfortable beds.
As a guest you can look around the company, creating a connection between the farmer and the citizen is something that Monique and Bennie find very important.
A visit is therefore definitely recommended for anyone who wants to experience how it works on a dairy farm. It is also super interesting and suitable for children.
Besides the cows, there are goats and ponies on the farm. Monique uses the ponies for coaching with horses.
The company is located in the beautiful Achterhoek, with enough nature in the area for pleasant walks, but there are also nice places to visit not too far away. If you want to see what it is like on a farm, but also if you just want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside for a few days, this place is definitely worth a visit.
