You can cook on your own BBQ or camping stove. The domain is 7000 square meters in size, so there is some space, .. Everyone is welcome. But we really appreciate eco tourism. So cyclists or backpackers are most welcome!
You are staying in a beautiful forest! With a green and sunny open space in the middle for 1 or more tents. Really worth it! Table and chairs are available.
The Center of Lille and Gierle (definitely worth a visit) is about 2 kilometers from Base Camp Steenrijen. For those who love a terrace with a beer or a coke? People who are looking for peace! are most welcome.
Important: the Municipality of Lille has a strict policy regarding heating in the woods.. So NO open fire please
