About this campspace

In the middle of the small village of Götz we moved into our self-built log house in 2022. We welcome you in our large garden with forest garden, garden house and terrace with a view of the Götzer Berg and the landscape protection area. You can pitch your tent next to the forest garden or the summer house and enjoy the tranquility of this place. From April to June the storks fly over your tent. At night the hedgehog may knock and now and then a rabbit hops past. Sheep are kept behind the forest garden from time to time and give you a friendly eye. You can make yourself comfortable on the small terrace. If it rains, you can sit dry under the carport by the garden shed. Our place is the perfect starting point for bike tours on the Havelradweg, hikes in our natural region and excursions to the towns in the area:

It is a 15 minute walk to the train station. Every hour at half past the RE1 runs to Brandenburg an der Havel (journey time 6 minutes) or to Potsdam (journey time 25 minutes) and Berlin (journey time approx. 45 minutes). You buy the ticket on the train from the conductor.

On the Götzer Berg you can climb the Götzer Tower and enjoy the great view.

The region invites you for day hikes in the forest and on the Havel. The Havel runs naturally here and is surrounded by a large floodplain through which the Havel cycle path leads. It is less than 10 minutes away from us by bike.

A savings bank and a bakery are located in town on the B1. The baker stops around the corner (in front of the fire station) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8:45 a.m. and offers delicious rolls, bread and cakes. More shops are one place further in Groß Kreutz, easily accessible by bike (Edeka, Norma, pharmacy).

Perfect for...

Nature lovers enjoy the peace and quiet, like hiking and cycling
