About this campspace

Solitary house is located about 2 km from the nearest village and is surrounded by meadows with an area of 4.5 hectares. The land is on a slope with beautiful views of the surroundings. It consists of a garden, a pond and a large orchard. The caravan is located approximately 50m from the house, draws electricity from the batteries in the house (lights and socket), there is a kitchen with stove, dining table (can be converted into an extra bed - 2 children or 1 adult) and a separate bedroom with double bed. The beds are without bedding there is only a sheet. There is a water canister in the caravan. 11 years ago we left the city for this wonderful place, which has become an oasis for us. We apply permaculture principles in life and in the garden. We grow in a large greenhouse (40 m2), sun traps and elevated flower beds without chemical fertilizers and sprays. The house is not connected to the mains (off-grid). We draw water from a dwell. Electricity is produced by 9 solar panels on a rotating structure (shooting according to the time of day, tilting according to the season). Water heating and heating is provided by the sun from 7 solar collectors (10kw) on the roof of the house, wood stove with heat exchanger (10kw) in the kitchen (cooking, baking, hot water heating, house heating) and 500 l storage tank in the bathroom. We provide information on the functioning of the household with the off-grid system and family life in solitude (self-sufficiency, food storage, home education, etc.). It is possible to arrange a workshop for the production of traps or knitting macrame pendants and necklaces made of stones from Peru and India.
