You will find B&Bs everywhere, but none as original and historic as ours. Nice rooms, nice view, beautiful mosaics, pleasant atmosphere.
The camping site is divided over a number of areas. There is electricity and a toilet block in the grounds below and on the hill.
There are no fixed places. You can camp wherever you want. The view over the valley is beautiful everywhere. At the top of the hill the shepherd sometimes comes by with the goats (see photos). The facilities are simple, but sufficient and well maintained. On the camping site you will find a toilet building: toilet, shower room and a sink. You can also bathe or shower in the old bathhouse.
Families with children, couples who want to enjoy nature, campers, bird watchers, surfers, hikers and mosaic enthusiasts come here. You can socialize or spend quality time with your own family – holiday the way you want.
In the center of Portugal, not far from the coast, the old spa town. The mineral water is of top quality - you will notice that from your soft skin! It is a place with history, a village with 8 houses. The old bathhouse and the village square are the center.
Nature lovers, hikers, peace seekers, remote workers, mosaic enthusiasts.

We live here in our cozy village since 2000, and with great pleasure! I love making mosaics, and I do mosaic workshops with the guests. I also like to sew, and make kimonos. That is why I also call us Bed & Breakfast & Bathrobes. Oh yes, and the water is pure mineral water of superior quality, which flows from all taps ... Goodbye!
A visit to the riding school and the castle of Montemor-o-Velho; Soure is not spectacular but a nice town; the Roman excavations of Conimbriga (beautiful mosaics!); Coimbra.
Surfing in Figueira da Foz (Cabedelo)
The Sunday morning market in Louriçal or in Tocha. Typically Portuguese!
Pastelaria Dom João III for bread, coffee and lunch.
Alta Douroana - a great little restaurant in Soure. Or a hot lunch in D. João III, a typical Portuguese experience.
