With no backpackers or campgrounds for 180kms ( from Waitakere to Whangarei and Dargaville ) we offer 283 acres of farmland and native bush ... tent access very private, you can hike to your spot or we can drive you. Beautiful rural outlook with stunning views, including some views of the Kaipara Harbour, native bush with walk basic walking track, native birds, small waterfall, glow worms, eels etc. Cows, sheep, chickens, wild turkeys. 4.5 metre teepee supplied if required for extra. Cycling tracks through the bush. The night sky is something to behold here as there is no light pollution. Social and friendly hosts ... drop on in we would love to meet you!
