Camping like in nature
Welcome to Bochum! My tent and RV site for self-sufficient campers is on private property. It is paved and borders directly on a large meadow (approx. 1,000 square meters). This is very flat, ideal for camping and can be used very gladly. The maximum length for vehicles is seven meters. The entire property is almost 0.5 hectares in size. Despite the proximity to the city, the parking space is close to nature and quiet. Public transport, banks, shops, restaurants are within walking distance. The location is ideally located to discover the wider Ruhr area with all its diverse possibilities.

The Weitmarer Holz (for hiking and cycling) is in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. It is not far to the reservoir by bike, bus or your own car, where you can sail and surf. Around the lake you can inline skate, cycle and hike. In the center there is also a swimming pool with sauna and a RUB botanical garden. Visit the Bochum city center or Hattingen old town (half-timbered). Everything only about 5 km away. In Bochum there are numerous theatres, museums (e.g. mining, railways), the Bochum Symphony Orchestra, Starlight Express, the Centennial Hall, cabarets, the Bochum colliery, VfL Bochum (Ruhr Stadium), climbing halls, swimming pools, saunas, riding stables, zoos, industrial culture and dump hopping - Everything very close and very easy to reach.
