"You don't have to drive far to be far away"

If you are dreaming of a quiet night in nature with your loved ones in the beech forest, then you have come to the right place.
Here you will find for your time-out, silence with fresh air.
You have the log cabin to yourself. The log cabin is comfortably warm and "hyggelig" furnished. Your log home is in an ensemble of log homes above a small village in the middle of the park.
In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise over the Harz mountains in our pavilion.
In the evening, with luck, enjoy the starry sky of southern Lower Saxony.

Just take the next 150 bus in Göttingen, get off at the Landesstrasse Potzwende stop, and be away again :-) with friends!

If you want to experience peace, the freshest of all airs and relaxed but honest hospitality in a forest, you should definitely go to Lukas and Cornelius's campspace. You get a great share of nature but you can also have hot showers at the water facility (takes a bit of walking but is totally worth it). We are definitely going back with friends :)

How was the contact with the host?
Lukas and Cornelius are both lovely sunshine people who help you with anything you need.

Tips for new guests?

We had a fantastic time at the campsite. We were in a log cabin and the children in a shelter in the woods. Peace, space, coolness and fully equipped with the spacious kitchen and forest kitchen. It's all basic and quiet, just what we were looking for. It is on a large site where you can roam around, find quiet corners to play sports or play and then there are many fire places for a wonderful evening by the campfire! There is much to do in the area for excursions from the campsite. We had a wonderful time!

How was the contact with the host?
Super. Cornelius is a very hospitable, friendly host who talks with great passion about the plans for the site, the vision of nature. He placed candles in the toilet block every night which looked great. He was also always ready with tips or a chat, but also gave you complete freedom on the terrain.

Tips for new guests?
Go and experience the peace and space. Do not expect luxury, it is a place for nature lovers!
