What a beautiful place, there in Colombotte. Spacious camping spots, quiet location, no annoying noise from highways or industry, in short, a perfect place to stay peacefully.
We would go there again.
There are no facilities for children, so there are mainly couples on this site.
Although it is advertised with 6 places, the owner uses the standard of 6 places with 4 people per place = 24 people maximum. In our case there were 11 tents / campers on the site, which puts a little more pressure on sanitary facilities and the refrigerator and some more cars on the site. We have not had much trouble because all guests who come, they come for the peace and quiet and are also quiet.
The sanitary facilities consist of 3 cells, 2 cells with shower, sink and toilet and 1 cell only with sink and toilet. Is neatly kept clean.
For the sanitary building: cables and water pipes run criss-cross along ceilings and walls, some cables are connected with terminal blocks and not everything is electrically grounded. A sanitary cell, the walls are not yet finished. You could say it's not quite finished yet, but it's already in use.
Just a minute's walk away (on the B&B property of the owner) is an above-ground swimming pool available where you can take a refreshing dip, in the neighboring village of Saulx you can go to 2 bakeries and Vesoul is ~15 km away for daily shopping ( Super U / Cora / Aldi).
We had a great time, definitely recommended for campers who like small-scale camping and beautiful surroundings.

Excellent contact with the owner, tips about the environment and explanation about do's and don'ts on the campsite.
Tips for new guests?
Opt for a high pitch on this small campsite (for morning and afternoon shade), the low pitches offer little protection from the sun.
