At Valadares we have at your disposal: Caravan, or Wooden House, or Tent Space, as descriptions:
TENT SPACE
Free-style zone selection. Warm water shower and Shared annex with Shared Dry Eco Toilet. Electricity included. Zoning on back wall or other you seem better fitted. (Table and chairs by request)
WOODEN HOUSE
Small wooden cabinet, for two people, sleeping. With table and chair support. Shared Dry Eco toilet with warm water shower.
CARAVAN
Stationary, caravan for two people, with porch, back on the terrain. Only for sleeping. All appliances activated by request: kitchen and bathroom only for experienced people. Shared Eco Bathroom to use is attached to wooden house (dry toilet and warm water shower)
MOTORHOME
Space for parking 1 or 2 motorhomes, smaller than 5m only. Base price for parking. Form warm water we need 1 day warning to turn on Thermal Cylinder. Electricity for 10 Eur extra.
FEATURES
- Can go by foot to beach! Near 150m close to Atlantic Ocean, near to Valadares Beach. No view to beach.
- It's a large terrain 2.200m2 shared with local housing, splitted in two parts terrain.
- Near to "Santiago Beach-Trail" wooden walk.
- Meals, ONLY take-away, restaurant, snacks, coffees.
- Coffee and small Supermarket nearby.
- NO DRINKABLE Water
- NO FIRE
*NOTE* SANTIAGO Pilgrims, we allow one night sleepover on Tent, Caravan or Wooden House. Ask us for conditions and prices.

We are Mr José Junqueira and Mrs Aurora, your hosts.
We are a local, homely family, with a passion for nature, organic farming, the pleasures of traditional lands, ancient knowledge, old cars, sustainable solar methods (solar oven), and windmills! We like to help others, and since 2004 we have been, over time, rehabilitating local buildings and natural heritage, within our means. We live with Nature!
We like to welcome people, who feel at home, with family, who are part of our lifestyle. We have spaces however, with maximum privacy!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
