The campspace is located on the edge of the historically rich village center with everything within walking distance that can add value to your stay. 2 bakeries, restaurants, a pub, and for our green fellow citizens the polders are a stone's throw away. We are very satisfied with this location.
How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly and helpful people.
Tips for new guests?
Just do it! No doubt.

Nice that you came and enjoyed the 4x4 course that is located in Oss. Your car did great!
You have made good use of your time with us. Walked over the dike and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and had a nice meal at De Poort. Looking forward to next time.

A very warm welcome at the campsite by owner Hans. Takes extensive time for information about the facilities and the Megen area. With a glass of house wine, great! Everything is well cared for and clean, compliments. Delicious food at the Gate of Megen & Titus. In short, a nice place to stay!

A nice campsite with good sanitary facilities and a well-maintained lawn. The welcome by host Hans was excellent with a welcome drink and explanation about Megen and the area. The campsite is located in the village, close to 2 restaurants and other places of interest.

After a 'rough' campsite in the rear corner, this garden campsite came across as very neat and careful. Beautiful arrival route over the dike. Host Hans had come up with the spot under the plum tree for us. Nice spot, close to brand new sanitary facilities. (At night sometimes awake from other guests / doors.) Beautiful fruit tree garden in a beautiful town. Sanitary fine and sustainable. Hospitality top. At both the gate of Megen and Titus delicious eaten and nice and close. 'Information stand' and 'shop' on the campsite liked it. Beautiful area for cycling and walking. Beautiful beach even if you take the ferry across, so yes, we also swam, despite the somewhat fickle weather.
How was the contact with the host?
very good. also a lot of camping experience, nice to exchange.

At Tuincamping Megen, Hans and Jeanette write hospitality in capital letters. With a tent, camper or caravan you are on a spacious pitch in their beautifully landscaped garden. The historic town of Megen is around the corner and the beautiful Maas nearby. From the campsite we had a view of a stork's nest and when we opened our curtains early this morning, there was a little owl on the fence. The campsite is fully equipped; you can even rent a few bicycles and in autumn you can pick fruit to your heart's content in the orchard.
