Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing stay in the Tiny House in the Groningen meadows. We offer you a house of 30m2 that has 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking.
The cottage is located in the middle of the nature reserve 'Ae's Woudbloem' and you can make a lot of beautiful cycling and walking tours, while there is always an opportunity to spot beautiful animals. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the house and you can enjoy your holiday or weekend away in peace.
You can also find animals around the house; dogs, cats, stray sheep, now and then some cows and a horse.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
The animals that walk in the yard (sheep, horses, dogs and cats) are absolutely not allowed to be fed, they will get sick. They can be petted.
