A slice of paradise in the Portuguese countryside. If you want a peaceful break away surrounded by nature this is the place to be. 15 minutes up an adventurous dirt track it felt like we entered another world. The sunrises took our breath away, surrounded by olive trees, wild flowers and the tranquil sounds of birds and crickets (I've never heard so many woodpeckers before and even got to watch one up close). Nicolas is building something truly magical here and we can’t wait to come back. He let us pick the sweet loquat fruit from the trees near his house and hosted an enlightening Wim Hof breathing workshop for us in the most beautiful old school house a few minutes walk from his land. There are lots of shops in the nearby down of Odemira and stunning beaches within a 45 minute drive if you want to explore more of the area on your visit. We can’t recommend it here enough

The contact with the host was great and he even came kitesurfing with us
Tips for new guests?
Do a food shop before you arrive, because the dirt track is pretty rough and takes about 15 minutes to drive, so you probably want to avoid doing it multiple times. There's a big Lidl in the nearby town Odemira.
