Glamping is a mixture of glamor and camping and that is how our Glamping Mobil is designed. It is a relatively large former construction vehicle (historical restored vehicle) and a trailer with a total area of approx. 12 m². So you are actually renting an adventure in the tiny house. Although you could drive with it (registered and ready to drive), the glamping mobile is permanently on parcel 1535 in the area of Stettmer Gardens at the exit of Hochhausen in the direction of Werbach. The view goes to orchards directly on the Tauber. The distance to the river is approx. 150 m.
Glamor means that you can expect the same equipment as in a 4-star holiday apartment: a large double bed with slatted frame and storage space underneath, light duvets and double pillows, a small closet, Bose stereo system and flat screen TV with satellite system (operated via solar cells on the roof and battery storage), a fan and a gas heater as required, a real sofa and bar stool for dining indoors in rainy weather. For breakfast there is espresso from the Gaggia espresso machine.
In the trailer you will find a kitchen with a 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator and sink. So that you don't have to bring everything with you, we have a selection of spices, vinegar and oil, coffee and tea and drinks for the first night (water, juice, milk) already available and included in the price. A welcome drink from the region is waiting for you in the fridge. Due to the space, the kitchen equipment is minimalist but camping-wise.
The bathroom, also in the trailer, has a very spacious glass shower cubicle for camping, a small sink and a toilet. 300 liters of fresh water and waste water are available for showering and cooking. If you are running low, which you can easily see from the water level indicator, send us a short message and we will refill the next day. The toilet is a completely sustainable composting toilet and does not require any water. Nevertheless, the whole thing is almost odorless and can be used (almost) like a normal toilet. If that is too adventurous for you, there is an additional built-in bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) in the laundry room of our Tauber Sonnen Lodge about 250 m away. So if you want to shower with plenty of water, you can do so extensively there. So with the Glamping Mobil you have two bathrooms included.
Small highlights on site are e.g. B. a Weber kettle grill and a fire bowl that can be used on the Glamping Mobil, an outdoor dining area with a parasol, two deck chairs and the possibility to borrow stand-up paddle boards for the deaf or walking sticks for the vineyards. Bicycles you have brought with you are safe at the glamping pool under the Tauber Sonnen Lodge, 250 m away.

We clearly award 5 points for the Glamping Mobil in Tauberbischofsheim! The accommodation is just great and staying there a real experience! It consists of two lovingly restored vehicles, a former construction trailer and a trailer, which are facing each other and are connected to one another by a walkway including a veranda made of wooden pallets. They are placed on a beautiful meadow surrounded by gardens with a view of the Tauber, approx. 150 m away, on the edge of a village and directly on the Tauber cycle path. You can park for free directly on the street in front of the meadow. The glamping mobile is exclusively equipped. In the trailer there is a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator and sink and even with the essentials of groceries. There is also a bathroom in the trailer with a toilet, shower and sink. In the trailer there is a large, comfortable double bed, a sofa and a bar with bar stools. You will also find a stereo system, a TV, an espresso machine, and and and ... It is unbelievable how much luxury fits into the Glamping Mobile and how well everything is done! And the best: the beds were freshly made and fresh towels were ready! Everything was super clean and the hosts Sabine and Stefan gave us a warm welcome. We were even able to charge our e-car and e-bikes on site. For people who love nature but don't want to forego luxury, the Glamping Mobil is perfect, and we can absolutely recommend it!
From our accommodation we made great bike tours on the Tauber bike path, for example to Wertheim am Main or Bad Mergentheim, both of which are very beautiful historic cities. Tauberbischofsheim itself can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike.

The closest neighbors are a bit away in our Glamping Mobil. Still, it's always cool to behave in such a way that you don't disturb anyone. Especially at the river you should be considerate of the strictly protected beaver, which has been living there for some time.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
