Your host

Annemarie

We wish you a warm welcome to our rustic camping meadow where experiencing green is central. Explore rural Nevele on foot or by bike, make a stopover on a multi-day trip and in the meantime come and take a look at our camping meadow and in our conservatory.

We have a large camping meadow available where you can store your tent between the trees or close to the pond, where you can also take a dip. We also have a sanitary block available, as well as 2 kitchens where a pot can be cooked. In bad weather, the warehouse and conservatory are available for all kinds of activities, so you certainly do not have to worry about a rainy day.
Would you like to explore the conservatory? That's possible with us, we are happy to explain the ins and outs of the floriculture sector!

Don't hesitate to contact us! :)

My husband and I jointly run a floriculture company where all kinds of green camper plants are grown. We are also a care farm, where we offer people with disabilities a meaningful way to spend their time. In the summer months we receive youth movements who set up camp with us and we have recently opened a pop-up campsite for everyone who loves camping. With this new challenge, we want to introduce people to the floriculture sector and let them experience greenery again, both indoors and outdoors.

I arrived in the dark and rain on my bike and a tarp which I was able to attach to one of the orchard trees. The owners were rather concerned that I wanted to camp in these conditions and offered me to sleep in one of the caravans. So, I felt well looked after. The indoor facilities are outstanding and clean. Very spacy as they are located in the part of the nursery where the lorry is packed. I enjoyed the unusual experience. :-)

How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly hosts who really look after you. I really enjoyed our chats. Thank you!

During our GR 129 walk we used 'T Groen Beleven' as a base for the Bruges - Ronse part. Very conveniently located almost along the route. The name says it all: 'Experience green, in the middle of nature. Very quiet rural setting.

How was the contact with the host?
Very friendly welcome by the owners. Showed a lot of interest in the trips we walked every day on the GR 129. During our stay we also had a tour of the greenhouses where various types of house plants are grown. Very nice and friendly people. Had a great stay.

Tips for new guests?
This is especially recommended if you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of nature.

We have had a few very nice days with Annemarie and Goderik.
We were warmly welcomed by the owners, were given a tour of the company and tips of the region. (If you have a birthday daughter with you, you better know which bakery is the best in the village ;-)
Unfortunately the weather was not always great, but luckily we could use the conservatory to eat and warm up.
Plumbing and an equipped kitchen were top!
We will be happy to set up our tent here again!
