I am the son and grandson of a farmer, which has allowed me to rub shoulders with the agricultural world since my earliest childhood. My parents ran a farm-inn in Lorraine. That's where they gave me the virus for tables d'hôtes and events. For almost 15 years I worked in catering and wedding planning, then I started my inn on the farm.

I am close to animals and especially horses. I was a breeder and I offered pensions for horses on his land. I trained in animal mediation in Colmar to help people through contact with animals.

Tips

  • Eat at our table d'hôtes with good products from our organic garden. Only by reservation.

  • Visit our 14th century mill and its machinery.
