At the beginning of August we spontaneously left Potsdam with our old caravan for a short holiday towards the Baltic Sea, without knowing exactly where we would find a place. In response to our request on Saturday evening, the owners confirmed on Sunday morning that we would still find a place with them. So we set out for a place that felt like nowhere between Berlin and the Baltic Sea.
The adventure was worth it, the place was great, the ideal distance from our starting point so that the drive was not strenuous, in a beautiful rural setting on a small reservoir, with very nice guests, suitable for our special family constellation. I was particularly happy about the pride flag hoisted at the entrance (even if it was associated with a commitment to FC St. Pauli). We experienced our stay as completely relaxed and as an oasis in the enchanting landscape of the Uckermark. A great combination of the serenity that people know from life in the big city, with incredibly nice social contacts with the operators and embedded in a calm nature, almost on the outskirts of Berlin. The camp is particularly recommended for people who are cycling in this region and are still looking for places to stay overnight.
How was the contact with the host?
The two are very devoted to the guests and make sure that all characters, no matter how different they may be, feel comfortable on the pitch. In addition to various accommodation options, there is also a wooden sauna by the lake on the site. It looks so inviting that I still regret not having had the time to try it out.
Tips for new guests?
I don't really have any tips, I would have been happy about gender-neutral washing facilities.
Above all, I wish that the project will continue there for a long time. Actually, I just found the name somewhat, well. getting used to.

We felt more than welcome in this small and quiet place that we had never heard of before.
How was the contact with the host?
Stephan contributed to this with his open, warm heart, who looked after us guests around the clock and loves personal conversation.
Tips for new guests?
The camp is a great starting point to find small "treasures" in the area beyond the tourist flow !!!
Although the sanitary facilities are very clean, there is a lack of storage space and, in particular, opportunities to look after small children. If there is a lot of traffic on the square, two toilets are a bit few.

Hello Sabine, nice that you enjoyed it so much with us. The sanitary facilities are at the top of our to-do list for autumn! Maybe you come to visit us again and see the changes.
Best regards
