An old beachfront two story house with a big grassed front lawn, facing the beach only 50 metres from the ocean protected as a marine park. Teaming with wild life, pelicans, dolphins, penguins, and eagles. Water sports are very special, available for borrow are canoes, windsurfers, sups, and bicycles, I the finest waters of Western Australia.
We will work it as we go. There are beach toilet and showers just up the path or our downstairs bathroom might be available.
