Stayed for the 2nd time and both us and our 2 doggies, once again loved every second.
Unwind in complete privacy in the infectious tranquility of this beautiful piece of nature. Birds that sing about spring, croaking frogs that make sense of their place in the pond, fish that teeming... and our cooking skills on the campfire have also improved again 😅. Completely back to basics, but that's just part of the relaxing experience. We are already looking forward to the next time...

Perfect! What a great location. We were extremely lucky with the weather, so it couldn't be better. You are completely secluded on a quiet domain, where you have the necessary facilities to stay back to basics. We enjoyed it very much with a group of friends and definitely want to come back!

How was the contact with the host?
Very well! Nothing to complain about. Jo responds quickly and is flexible about arrival and departure times.
He had also already prepared and set up the fire bowl, so we could immediately set ourselves up at a warm fire.

Tips for new guests?
If you go camping in March, bring an extra thick sleeping bag ;-) otherwise: enjoy!

A very nice stay. We went to this place to celebrate the transition from old to new with our family. The children were able to enjoy themselves completely, enjoy the fire pit, build the tree house, beautiful walks through the hiking junction, ... We enjoyed it so much!

How was the contact with the host?
We were received very friendly, very correct to meet. Also during our stay we could always contact you if something was missing or there was something.

Tips for new guests?
If you want to enjoy the peace and nature, you should definitely go here!

As a father with two young children, we wanted to go camping for real. The children had the time of their lives building camps, chopping wood and having a big campfire. Back to basics on this quiet, secluded pond. Absolutely recommended!

How was the contact with the host?
The host and his wife are very friendly and hospitable people. Always and quickly accessible.

Tips for new guests?
Enjoy peace and simplicity in this wonderful location.

Wow! On a whim on a late Saturday afternoon, when 2 city sparrows decide that you urgently need to escape the bustle of the street party in front of your door and can come here 2 hours later with your sleeping utensils, provisions and the dog children...
What a luck! What a discovery!

You'll feel like a queen in this unique "picture book" spot...
Rest and back to basics, ideal for ultimate relaxation.
Despite Jo's enthusiastic and enticing recommendations of several nearby hiking trails, we stuck to the spot.
It was just so nice to stay here that we wanted to make the most of the time we had.
Save the hiking for the time we come to camp longer because yes, we will definitely return!

How was the contact with the host?
Very pleasant, smooth contact and a
warm welcome that makes you feel very welcome. Jo radiates peace and confidence and will carry wood for the fire pit for you if you wish!

Tips for new guests?
Bring your hammock and leave your stress behind...

You will not be short of space on this Campspace! We really enjoyed this place, we even saw squirrels! You have a large area to yourself where you can pitch your tent in the shade of the trees or on a lawn in the sun. There is a fire bowl available for a cozy campfire in the evening. We had good weather, but in bad weather there is a chalet where you can shelter. For the hikers among us, close to the Campspace there is a walking route that you can follow.

We had a great stay with Jo. The place is beautifully situated between trees and two ponds. Everything is fenced and the gate can be locked. There is a hut on the square where you can seek shelter, sleep and store your belongings in bad weather. There is the possibility to make a fire in a large fire bowl and Jo helped us out with dry firewood. In short: a beautiful place and we will come again.

How was the contact with the host?
Jo was very friendly and always answered questions quickly. He was also helpful with everything on site.

Tips for new guests?
It is best to book outside of the youth camp times. At this time it is very noisy around the square as scouts and youth camps spend their holidays there.

We had a very nice weekend with 7 friends. The facilities are basic, but perfect for a quiet weekend in the countryside. Lots of privacy and no other people in the area. There was a nice spot and enough wood for an open fire, enough space for three tents and a hut where we could shelter from the few rain showers that passed. Since the domain is completely fenced, it was also a real pleasure for the dog to walk around and swim in the fish ponds.
Very friendly accessible owner, who came to supply extra wood for the campfire the second evening.

We had a very nice stay at this location. Exactly what we were looking for: a place where we, as a small group, could safely put up our tents. Make a fire, fishing, socialize and enjoy nature. There is also a lot to do/experience in the area, but we had such a good time that we mainly stayed on site. The owner, who lives a little further, is very friendly and helpful, also helping to find suitable activities. The only thing you have to take into account in the summer months is that there are also some youth camp areas in the vicinity. We were not really bothered ourselves, but if you are really looking for peace and quiet, this might be disturbing.

Me and my friends were looking for a quiet place in a green area and the grounds perfectly met our needs. There was enough space for a few tents and an open fire. The owner was very friendly and helpful in providing information to local attractions. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights here with our camper. We were looking for a calm spot in nature, and could not have been happier to have found this beautiful, charming place with two ponds and lots of trees. The owner is very friendly, provided us with wood for evening campfires and gave us all kinds of recommendations for activities in the neighbourhood. We liked the camping spot so much though that we mainly stayed there to enjoy the peace and quiet
