About this campspace

Admittedly: Düren is definitely not a holiday destination for tourists. However, from here you can quickly reach Aachen, Cologne or the Eifel. My property is suitable for all those who want to make a stopover, who might want to replenish supplies or are looking for a secure parking space to simply park the vehicle for a few days. I have lots of space! In this respect, even large vehicles can easily turn or drive up here. The terrain is solid, sand / gravel / asphalt. Large trees provide shade at the edges, and one side is bordered by a stream. You can quickly reach downtown Düren on foot. There are cinema, theater, shopping, café, restaurant and a small shopping center here. The train station is also within walking distance. By bike you can quickly reach the Düren bathing lake and the cycle paths in the Eifel.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Rules

We look forward to meeting tolerant, open-minded, honest and friendly people. We assume respect in mutual dealings. The overnight price is rather symbolic, as I do NOT offer a luxury professional campsite. It is my private property that we also live and work on. Payment is per vehicle and night, electricity, water etc. are billed according to consumption. Please dispose of rubbish yourself. Dogs are to be kept on a leash - there are opportunities for exercise nearby. Here the Rur flows past. Bike paths, footpaths, nature reserve, run-off meadow ... everything in the vicinity. There is also a large children's playground.

Tips

  • Three times a week there is a nationally known weekly market in downtown Düren. You can buy great products from the region here. I love the classic, historic circus wagons. We restore the vehicles in my workshop. Interested guests are also welcome to take a look inside.

  • Supermarket, gas station, hardware store, car repair shop, camping gas dealer - all of this is very important close by and sometimes during a stopover for the trip. My special tip: leave the mobile home here with me for a day, get on the S Bahn or the train: Cologne and Aachen can be reached in just 30 minutes! There is shopping, art, culture and entertainment here!
