There is substantial space for a camper van or small horse box on my ample driveway on a private road in south side of Newmarket. There is a toilet facility available and showers by arrangement. Ideal location for horse racing events and Tattersalls horse sales. 12 miles from Cambridge and 14 miles from Bury St Edmunds

  • Fab food at The Welly pub - 6 mins walk from house.

  • Private and secure (unadopted) road with good access to frontage for small horsebox or campervan. Unsuitable for large motorhomes.

Rules

Our camp space is ideal for visiting both Newmarket, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. Ideal location for Newmarket Races and Tattersalls in Newmarket. Quiet residential area. Local pub only 6 minute walk and Waitrose 5 minutes on bike (can borrow from host).

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

Check-in between: 2:00 pm–8:00 pm
Check-out between: 9:00 am–12:00 pm
