Be welcome to come and enjoy the meadow at our farm. The meadow in front of our house is available for 2 camping spots and there is a cozy gypsy wagon to spend the night in.
There is a fire bowl to make a cozy campfire.
You can use a toilet and you can tap hot and cold water at the tap in the stable.
There is plenty to see if you want to explore the area, including Doornenburg Castle and Fort Pannerden. There are also opportunities to go canoeing, supping or walking in the floodplains on the Linge.
Or you don't want anything at all, that's also possible!
Our work on the farm will of course continue. It depends on the weather when we mow, shake, haul in grass, drive manure and harvest corn. This gives a little more excitement to the company, but also very nice to experience once.
Due to our own planning, you can book with us up to 2 months in advance. The agenda is not always up to date. But send a request and we'll let you know if the place is available :-)

We are Nicolien and Vincent and we live with our 3 daughters, Jack Russell Tommie* and Dog Sterre in the Gelderland village of Angeren. We run a dairy farm here and also have some chickens, sheep and a pony. We have cleared 2 places in the meadow in front of our house to receive campers and we have a cozy gypsy wagon to spend the night in.
*Tommie is a rascal, he walks around loose and can come and see if you have left something delicious.... ;-)
Enjoy the birds in the meadows in the morning
There are beautiful cycling routes in the area

Awesome! What a peace and space you have in the place! Farm life, what you hear in the background, makes it very pleasant. Howling cows, bleating sheep, clacking chickens, but you can also hear a tractor driving, for example. The camping site is located on a huge meadow. When we arrived the grass was knee height and that made the picture complete for us. Lovely walk across the meadow, stroking the grass with your hands. It was almost magical.
There is a fire pit at the camping site, where you can enjoy a fire in the evening and roast marshmellows. You will also occasionally get a visit from one of the farm dogs. Super sweet! You can request a tour of the dairy farm, which is great fun and educational for children. Our 5-year-old daughter really enjoyed the farm life and the large pasture all to ourselves! There is a neat toilet, in the same room where the milk tank is located. Here it gets nice and warm when the tank is working, so you don't just sit on a cold toilet. Well thought out from the owners! In the stables, around the corner from the toilet, there is a washbasin available and you can tap drinking water. There is also a table with some handy stuff and standing
fresh eggs there every day!
We definitely recommend this place if you like farm life and the sounds that come with it. It was delicious!

Last weekend we camped with the children on the farm with Nicolien and Vincent.
Very spontaneous people, who share with great enthusiasm what life is like on the farm! Very nice to hear and see this during the tour!
The camping site is very spacious, a nice detail is that there is a fire pit with a basket of wood ready! We were there by bicycle, so we couldn't take any wood with us, but now a cozy campfire in the evening!
Definitely recommended for those interested in farmland life!

Special to stay on a real dairy farm.
How was the contact with the host?
Excellent contact with Nicolien and Vincent, very helpful and people with passion for livestock/agriculture. Respect for the hard work they put in!
Tips for new guests?
The work really goes on from early in the morning until fairly late at night, that's part of it. So don't expect it to be quiet all the time. Nicolien can give you a lot of information about what it is like to be a farmer in this time.

Review: Spent a night at this campsite with my 4-year-old son. A unique experience to be close to the cows and to experience everything on the farm. From the location you can easily reach Huissen and Arnhem, so it is a great base. Host is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for a nice, basic camping spot.
