You can camp on our meadow in your own tent, far from the street so that you can enjoy completely private, surrounded by fields, corn fields and an orchard. Our trees give you the necessary shade in the summer
You can use a cozy covered area (an old stable), there you can find everything for extra comfort: chairs, a table, a basic kitchen, toilet, ping pong table, cutlery, plates and glasses....
Part of the stable is a conservatory, an inner garden where it is nice to stay in the intermediate seasons.

We live on the connecting road between Laarne and Wetteren. the bus to Ghent stops not far from our door. In an hour you are there and you can explore this beautiful city.
Laarne Castle and Prullenbos are within walking distance. There are also many walking and cycling routes in our area, especially the Kalkense Meersen and walks on the Scheldt are recommended.

For those who like to go hiking with the horse. They can safely bring 1 or 2 horses. We have 2 stables and 2 meadows available for them. If you come with a horse, be sure to inform us well in advance, so that we can make the necessary preparations.

I wanted to go camping with some friends before school started. The date we chose was unfortunately a weekend full of rain. Still, we were determined to go camping! We were very lucky with our host. She was very friendly and welcomed us with open arms! She did everything she could so that we could enjoy our weekend to the fullest! Laarne itself is a very cool municipality with a very interesting history. It used to be a witch town! So I definitely recommend installing the geocache app and following the witch's path!

How was the contact with the host?
The contact went very smoothly, all questions we had were answered clearly and friendly. No complaints at all.

Tips for new guests?
Install the geocache app and follow the witch's path!
