PremaWe are offering a small, sunny, clean, smooth surfaced, secure, courtyard to stay in for one night only. \nWe aren't interested in money, but offering an easy option for travellers with tents to sleep and refresh when they are departing from or arriving in Melbourne. Near to Sydney Road bars, live music, dancing, art, cafes, public transport, bike paths, parks, shopping, freeway. 20mins to airport and city. \n\nSORRY: You are on concrete with no views. This place is for the utility, not the ambience. We're friendly, but have our own lives and may not be able to spend time with you. The house is not available for use.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
