We are offering a small, sunny, clean, smooth surfaced, secure, courtyard to stay in for one night only. \nWe aren't interested in money, but offering an easy option for travellers with tents to sleep and refresh when they are departing from or arriving in Melbourne. Near to Sydney Road bars, live music, dancing, art, cafes, public transport, bike paths, parks, shopping, freeway. 20mins to airport and city. \n\nSORRY: You are on concrete with no views. This place is for the utility, not the ambience. We're friendly, but have our own lives and may not be able to spend time with you. The house is not available for use.

Osteopath, outdoor lover, community building volunteer. I am tidy, quiet, non smoking non drinking (don't mind if others do), and interested in nice scenery and good conversations with kind folks. Love to swap stories and tips. I live in suburbia, in the North, but next to wildlife reserves, and sometimes take guests hiking elsewhere. My yard is fully fenced and the gate can be locked - but possums come in sometimes. They won't bother you, just make some sounds.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
- You can stay for one night only.
- It is not ideal for staying long term.
- No guests or friends are permitted to be brought back to the house.
- Electricity can be used from outside power point.
- Water can be used from the outside tap.
- The house is not available for use.
- Clean up after yourself. Bins provided for small amounts of rubbish.
