We are torn, because for us there were positives and negatives. The yard is very nice and the restaurant was really very good. However, we were not the only campers standing there. Besides us there were 6 other vans. We had imagined something more idyllic/individual based on booking through campspace (it was the first booking through the portal for us).
On top of that, if we hadn't gone through campspace but, for example, through park4night, we could have stood there free of charge. Because we would have eaten in the restaurant anyway. When you hear that from your direct neighbors, it doesn't feel so great. I understand marketing yourself on multiple portals, but try to treat everyone equally.
How was the contact with the host?
Very nice contact, prompt answers

The host Paul and his girlfriend Dany gave us a really warm welcome! They gave us permission to go anywhere we wanted on their ground and helped us with an appointment to fix our brakes of our van!
In the evening Paul set up a wine-tasting and gave us a look in the wine-cellar. By the wine-tasting Paul also runs a restaurant with local dishes, so we booked a table and had a nice diner with his own wines by the side!
They even said that we could stay for an extra night! The next day we tried to catch an early sunrise on top of their wine-fields. In the afternoon we were able to make a small fire over there to cook on.
Overall we had a really good stay and recommend it to everybody!
... come by and enjoy the time ...
