The Catfarm is an off-grid welcoming community of travelers, (digital) nomads, artists, entrepreneurs, and anyone with the will to explore an alternative lifestyle closer to nature.

Located in a farm on the outskirts of the medieval village of Poussan, less than an hour’s drive from lovely Montpellier, the Catfarm plays host to an ever-changing array of wanderers that want to go beyond dreaming, and start doing. For camping we have most of the time place, but if you like to book the tipi or the oldtimer for the night, please call us, or check out the Catfarm website for availability.
Just 50 meters from the Catfarm, starts the hiking trail through beautiful paths with magnificent views. There's plenty activities to do in the region of Herault. In the village of Poussan you can find a veggie market that's opened once in a week, a store with local artisanal products, and international as well. Montpellier is distant only 30km from Poussan, and offers a rich cultural program in the following museums: Musee Fabre, Musee Art Brut, Pavillon Populaire. Interesting things to see while walking through Montpellier are the Arc de Triomphe,Aqueduc Saint-Clement, Le Promenade du Peyrou, Jardin des Plantes, and Park Zoologique. Sete is distant only 13km, where you can visit Centre Regional d'art Contemporain, Musee d'art Modeste, Musee Paul Velery, Jardin du Chateau d'Eau, and finnaly, beautiful beaches: Plage Lazaret, Plage Corniche. In the area of Balaruc les Bains you can find beautiful Jardin Antique Mediterraneen, Musee Gallo-Romain at Villa Loupian, Musee Ethnographique at Etange de Thau.
The nearest train station is located in Sete, the airports: Montpellier (26km), Beziers (31km), Marseille (126km), Toulouse (186km). Reccomended cities to visit in the area of Bouches du Rhone: Nimes (67km), Avignon (104km), Aix en Provence (145km) and Marseille (141km).
