About this micro camping

The adventures of our 'Bazip Zeehok' originated from a roman by Cees Buddingh, therefore we thought this name was a great fit for us. It's a space right next to our 'women-friendly' mancave. Cooking can be done and there is a spacious bunk bed with a few over the orchard. In the orchard you can start a campfire, we own a Canadian canoe and the river 'De Lek' is right on the other side of the dyke. 'De Alblasserwaard' offers lots of possibilities for walking and biking in a very Dutch landscape.
Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht are closeby (by car), but we want to highlight the city of Dordrecht and mainly 'Café Buddingh'.

With your stay breakfast is included in the price, however the tourist tax is not (€1,50). also, no need to bring linnen or towels.

Meet Alexander, your host

My name is Alexander a.k.a. Lex, living in the countryside, small house big plot with a garden, orchard, woodland; from rather civilised to rather jungle. Which tells something about myself too getting muddy from working in the garden upto being fuzzy about food. I run a platform of webshops for food and drinks (needless to say: fine food and..) take care of my mother, living in a tiny house in the garden and lots of other things. Apart from camping with a tent or mobile anything you can stay in the prehistoric caravan and in the shed. Where we also have other facilities. Strive to be remembered for hospitality.

Bianca Klotz recommends this place

From the moment we approached the dyke we immediately felt relaxed; what a beautiful surrounding! While enjoying our welcome drink our host told us very enthusiastically about his Campspace and his own camping experiences. Afterwards, we took a tour through the wide and green garden. This Campspace has a few options; set up your own tent, spend the night in a already set-up tipi, caravan or wooden mancave. We decided to set up our own tent, which was hard to choose because there are so many beautiful spots. We picked a spot all the way in the back surrounded by trees and next to a little creek. From this spot you have a beautiful view overlooking the fields. The rest of the day we started a fire and cooking some delicious food. There are plenty of options to cook, from open fire to brick oven. Also, the host loves to cook so we let them surprise us. Until late in the evening we enjoyed the coziness. The next morning we went for a run; so many beautiful paths towards cute little villages. The well deserved shower overlooks the garden, how nice?! Afterwards, we enjoyed breakfast in the sun and in the afternoon we even went canoeing on the nearby river ‘de Lek’. In short; we really enjoyed our time here and had some good laughs. We will definitely come back!

Do you know that feeling of the neighbours drill resounds in your brain? Escape the city stress in Langerak. Come for the beautiful nature, the animals and an absence of Mr. Albert Heijn. Stay for the hospitality, the wonderful jokes of the host and the great breakfast. We have had two wonderful days in the wooden house in the garden. Campfires, walking, sitting in the garden: you don't need more. An absolute must!

Rules

We are flexibel, but allergic for nuisance in the form of noise and trash.

How to reach this micro camping

Accessibly by car and parking space available. Bikes can be stored inside if necessary.

Checking in and out

Also, we are flexibel with this. Although we need to have a little bit of time to make the beds, or sweep the floors. We will be done with this at the latest around 3pm. But if you want to come earlier, no problem unless you disturb us :)
