Here I offer you a tent, car and camper place in the middle of nature. Wonderfully quiet location in Ettenau. Pure nature. No traffic. Surrounded by meadows and forests. Fresh drinking water and toilet are available. Children will have fun on our trampoline. In the evening you can end the day relaxing around the campfire.

In the region:

Hikers, cyclists and walkers get their money's worth here. The bike path goes right past. Very idyllic. The longest castle in Europe, Burghausen, can be reached by bike in 15 km. Numerous lakes also about 15 km. We are surrounded by a nature reserve. The Salzach is about 1 km away. Rabbits and deer just run around here.

This place totally exceeded our expectations in every way. We were only there for an overnight stay as part of an extended trip but would happily have stayed longer.

How was the contact with the host?
Perfect, Sandra and family were very accomodating and friendly. It was lovely to meet the family on their beautiful property/land.

Extremely friendly people, welcomed us with a beer.
We came 5 hours later than expected but that was no problem whats however. Because of the rain, a sheltered place was offered. Beautiful farm, very quiet and the nearby castle is definitely worth a visit. Recommended!

How was the contact with the host?
Fast reply, speaks mostly German so a little understanding of German language is preferred.

We had an amazing stay with Josef and his family. A trampoline and swing for the kids to enjoy. Clean toilet and all the privacy and space you need. Wonderful, superquiet location right next to a protected nature area. Nothing but the sound of the wind in the trees. One of a kind and an absolute Campspace winner. Happy and proud to be their first guests.

How was the contact with the host?
We were welcomed by Josef with a fresh drink and later in the evening we sat by the fire with marshmallows and talked about the beauty of life. Josef and his family know what hospitality is all about.

Tips for new guests?
Perfect as a one night stop when heading to Austria, Slovenia or Croatia coming from Benelux.
