Super pitch in nature at the edge of the forest. Pure calm. Fireplace in a small grove, wood and a swivel grill are provided. In addition, a clean toilet at the edge of the forest. What more do you want?

We are very disappointed with our stay.
Despite the surroundings, which are beautiful, we did not have the peace and quiet that we wished for.
There were also other campers on site which wasn't disturbing as we were able to be with other people.
However, during the night these campers brought two more cars home and partied late into the night.

How was the contact with the host?
No contact

Tips for new guests?
I recommend booking both pitches to avoid such problems and to be able to fully enjoy nature.

we spend a couple of nice and quiet days on that lovely spot, the infrastructure is all you need, a table and a fireplace :) we shared the valley with horses, deer, a hair and stunning red kites (bird of prey)
Oh and yes, 2 locals :)

Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere!
Spotted a lot of deer.
There is not much in the area.
There are currently 2 camping spots. He wants to add a third to it, he told us.

How was the contact with the host?
Very good. He also came to have a look to tell us that a fire could be lit because it had rained.

Tips for new guests?
Make sure you are self-sufficient. There is no toilet!
A compost toilet would be a plus.

A very nice spot in nature. Although quite close to civilization, if you close your eyes you only hear nature. The 5 days were very relaxing and just what we needed after 3 years.
During the day many wild animals such as hawks, rabbits and deer can be observed and in the evening you can see the stars from both bays.
The fireplace is also beautifully developed and equipped with a swivel grill.

All in all, it was very relaxing. We'd love to come back! :)

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastian is a personable friendly person, he came to greet us shortly after we had set up. His mother gave us tips on what to do in the area and we were allowed to fill up our camping shower with her.

Tips for new guests?
If you come with a tent, make sure to take a proper pad with you. There are still large stones in both bays at the moment.
The 2nd bay also has perfect standing trees for a hammock.

We had a wonderful weekend in nature. If you just want to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. There were lots of animals to watch and in the evening the sky was full of shooting stars. Really nice.
We will definitely come back again!

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastian is a super nice and personable host.
He came by with his son in the evening to find out if everything was ok and told us a lot about the animals and the area.

Tips for new guests?
Just go there and enjoy 😌

What a calm, peaceful and perfect place for nature lovers, especially during hot periods! It was the heat wave when we came, so it was the perfect place to cool off under the trees, while enjoying a great view and refreshing evening walk on the trail. With the drought, we didn't make a fire, but that didn't take anything away from our stay, which was perfect. In the morning, we had the pleasant visit of hares and horses from the land next door. The place totally corresponds to the description and photos.

How was the contact with the host?
The directions on site were very clear and the contact with Sebastian was very easy. He told us we could build our tent on the car spot or on any place in the wood.

Tips for new guests?
If you are looking for nature, calm and freshness, go there without hesitation. If you have a hammock, this is the perfect place to take a nap while enjoying the great view and the wind in the trees. If you want to put your tent on the car spot to enjoy the view, you might want to take a tent that is easy to build, which can stand without stakes and with a protection for the bottom as the spot itself is on stones. There are indeed a lot of ants, but we managed to prevent them from entering our tent.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place this is the perfect spot for you. You can reconnect with nature, hike in the surroundings. We haven't try biking, but prepare your legs for heavy ups and downs since the landscape is full with hills. There is shadow all day long so even with this hot it was okay. Love to come back some time.

How was the contact with the host?
Perfect, Sebastian responds quickly and he is very nice person.

Tips for new guests?
Sit back, relax and enjoy to do nothing. :)

It's a beautiful place with a great view. Because it was very dry we all thought it was not wise to use the fire pit. We thought that was a shame, but safety for people and nature is of course paramount!
Because we had counted on this and only had an electric stove, Sebastian offered to lend us his extra gas stove with gas bottle! A very nice offer that we gladly took advantage of.
A beautiful area where we completely relaxed.
1 small minus that Sebastian couldn't do anything about:
Both places where we could stand were covered with red ants, but hey… that's nature.

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastian was a very nice host who could make himself understood very well in English.
He went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
We were unable to reach him very well on arrival and went looking for the camping spot ourselves. He didn't think this was a problem.
If we hadn't been in the car for so long, we would have gladly offered him a beer! :)

Tips for new guests?
Go there and enjoy nature!

What a beautiful place this is! On the edge of the forest there are 2 spots with sufficient privacy. You don't hear anything... the occasional roar of a deer, that's it.
It is off-grid, so no facilities.

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastiaan came by to say hello and we had a drink and a chat. Very welcoming.

Great spots, great location if you are looking for a remote spot. We spend a few night here and felt completely at ease. Our dog could roam free and find the perfect shade spots. We were there during the heatwave and could cool off thanks to the trees.

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastian is a super friendly and helpfull host. Easily reachable and ready to help when needed !

Tips for new guests?
Bring a water reservoir and drinking water.

It was our first tour with the roof tent. The directions were very well described.
It is simply beautiful and absolutely quiet here. We were alone, could unwind, enjoy nature and observe animals. It was certainly not our last visit.

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastian stopped by in the morning and checked that things were all right. A very nice and hard-working host.

A beautiful beautiful and quiet place in the middle of nature away from literally everything. We were in one of two spots under the trees but with a view of the unwired hilly pasture and the woods on the other side. Birds everywhere and spotted a deer. Made a lovely walk. There are no facilities outside of a fire pit but that was fine for us. It's that we had other plans but certainly would have liked to stay here for a long time.

How was the contact with the host?
Sebastián stopped by to inquire if everything was okay. Nice and enterprising and man who has many plans to promote (eco) tourism in his region.

Absolute calm! You only hear the wildlife.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The BBQ area is just behind the Camp Spots (10 second walk)

The approach is also well signposted and paved until just before the spots (then about 10 meters very wide and well-compacted gravel path).

Accessible with absolutely any vehicle!

How was the contact with the host?
Host is super nice!
Came by in the evening, we invited him to dinner and then we had a really good chat.

Tips for new guests?
D1 and Vodafone have no reception here, which I personally consider a plus!

Anyone who is dependent on contact with the outside world has to fall back on O2/E-Plus.
