Bring your toys because there's endless ATV trails. The neighbor can provide free range eggs from their chickens if you'd like. Makes for a fun "glamping" spot with a significant other, or bring a whole crew and tents and use the acres for a gathering. This property is 100% off grid. There is no electricity, and no running water. There is a toilet and sink with gravity feed water. Depending on the weather, the toilet may or may not be operational.
