This area of the garden is a flat two acre paddock away from the house which you can drive onto.This is a secluded area with just a cold tap, with no other amenities so is more suited to caravans / motor-homes who have their own facilities. Close to Hickstead and about 15 mins from Brighton by car & the South Downs country park. Hurstpierpoint village is just at the end of Langton lane.

Local shops (5 minutes away by car) including baker, butchers, various pubs and restaurants. A big Tesco is 10-minute drive away. Fast rail links to Brighton and London from Hassocks Station which is 10 minutes drive away. The site is only 20 minutes drive away from Gatwick Airport.

The site is near the south downs, a great place for country walks with its huge variety of footpaths.

Several attractions located nearby include Nymans Gardens (20 minutes drive), Wakehurst place (30 minutes drive), Sheffield Park (30 minutes drive), Drusillas Zoo Park (30 minutes drive) and the Bluebell railway (30 minutes drive).
