Meet Marianne, your host

We always hear; how beautiful you live here. It's nice to let others enjoy that too. We are both retired and really love the space and the animals around us.

While setting up camp in Marianne’s quiet, small garden, we were welcomed by her curious dogs, horse and chickens. The campspace is cozy, with good facilities, even a barbeque and kitchen! Plenty of activities in the area: hiking in the Vennen, waterskiing and swimming in De Berendonck, and Wijchen has numerous cafes and bars if you crave civilization. Marianne and Hans are wonderful hosts, warm, friendly and have numerous tips for enjoying the surrounding area.
We had a nice time at the Mariannes and Hans' place they are warm and friendly hosts ready to help us out with tips. The location is nice and calm. The lake is near by and has a nice beach. You could even do some water sports there. Also we really liked to take walks around the nature and visited Nijmegen which is close by.

This campspace place was a great experience. The hostess and her family are warm and helpful. The garden is beautifully situated for staying in a tent. I would like to stay there again. 👍🏻❤️

We camped for two nights with our three children at Marianne and Hans’. Had a super nice stay. We could choose a spot in the garden ourselves. The garden is safe for children, the pond is fenced off and the driveway is closed so that they cannot enter the road. There is a trampoline, swing, horses, feeding fish, etc. Very nice that the space adjacent to the garden has excellent sanitary facilities. We were also able to store our bicycles well. Sweet, cozy people, rural, quiet place and everything is done well!
