My listing is the first to go up in SYDNEY. - Welcome. Have A nice spot here, easy to get to everything two train stations are 5 mins away. Preference is you do mabye an hour r two gardening or something insteady of pay. \nIt'd be something easy and practical - easy either way. \nPlenty of parking. Hammock to chill in.
NOTE: there is a with a public loo 3 mins away. The washing machine can be used if the owner is around
