A 5 star stay in the blauwbossen of hoogstraten. As a first experience with campspace the tone is set by very friendly hosts who make their moto of 'sharing their beautiful garden' with guests, fully true. With this kids paradise and the beautifully facilitated campsite, it will be very hard to meet the same high standards in a next experience! Thanks Jac and Lieve

Super location for children, lots of fun and next to a private forest, handy toilet and kitchen, completely corona proof!

At the beginning of August we stayed with our three children in Minderhout on the beautiful grounds of Jac and his wife.
It was wonderfully quiet, on the edge of a forest, with a view of a beautiful garden, under old large trees.
There was clean sanitary facilities and you could use a kitchen and the garden furniture that was there.
There was also a lot for the children, so they were able to play a lot, especially the go-cart with trailer and the swing were a success 😊.
The campfire was cozy and provided a nice evening meal.
A place where we felt very welcome and where we definitely want to come back.

We were warmly welcomed by Jac and his wife, with a drink on the terrace. We got a tour of the domain and were able to install ourselves afterwards.
We had a super 4 day stay at this campspace. So quiet, in the woods, waking up to the birds chirping. Nice area for walking.
A toilet and an outdoor kitchen are available on the campspace.
We could make campfire every night. The children had a great time there.

Our stay with Jac was perfect, a deluxe version of camping in the wild with an amazing space for kids. Jac and his wife were very kind. The spot has a kitchen, toilet and outdoor cold water shower, however we made little ‘baths’ for the kids in a big bucket with the water cooker. Worked like a charm. There is an open fire spot, incl bbq set up, a mud kitchen, playhouse, trampoline etc etc. You can really tell that they have multiple grand kids :-) All in all, a great place to stay and we will definitely return.

The entrance with a monastery is not to be missed, with a large number of sheds and facilities in the garden behind it. The outdoor shower is indeed a bit cool, but if the sun is shining it can be nice! Although Jac was not at home upon our arrival (as indicated in advance), it was no problem to find the backyard and set up the tent. All amenities are clean and complete, the pre-stocked fridge with drinks and eggs for a small fee was a pleasant surprise! Do bring your own pans. Coffee maker with pads was also provided. Especially recommended for families with young children, many play facilities .----- Brandon recommends this place ::: The contact with the hosts was great. They are very open and nice. You can really enjoy your freedom there in a super location .----- Celeste recommends this place ::: Upon arrival at Jac's Campspace we are warmly welcomed by him and his grandchildren. We are offered a cup of tea and he explains the location. You cannot miss it, an old monastery converted into a house with a beautiful garden. Via a farmer's road we end up in the garden at the edge of the forest. A green oasis with a wonderful (cold) outdoor shower. The grandchildren immediately show all the fun play corners, a mud kitchen, trampoline, swing, climbing frame, go-kart, .... Ideal for a family with children. In the garden you will find places in the sun and in the shade. Something for everyone. The campspace is equipped with a nice kitchenette and a clean toilet, the ideal base for exploring the region around Hoogstraten!
