We - a 'young' family - took over this place at the beginning of 2022 because we dreamed of receiving our own guests. This will be our second season and 'along the way' we will continue to make the campsite more our own and an even nicer place to stay :)
The campsite has a total of 40 pitches, divided over two fields.
On the main field you stand in a semicircle around the central (nature) playground. This way you almost always have a view of the smallest(s).
If they like, children can also collect eggs, feed the goats, comb the donkeys or play in the small gnome forest.
Would you prefer to stand a little more quietly? The Groene Weide is a field behind the dry weather area of the campsite where you have plenty of space and a beautiful view over the fields.
We have an Urban Arrow for rent if you want to enjoy cycling in the area of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can also light a fire with a special wood stove (also available for rent) or rent our Dutchtub from Weltevree for an evening of relaxation.
Every guest receives a bowl of eggs from our chickens as a welcome gift, just because we enjoy having you there!

This really is a top campsite with small children. There is a lot of fun play equipment in the middle of the camping field, making it easy for the children to do their own thing within sight. The owners also enjoy taking the children with them to, for example, feed the donkeys or collect eggs from the chickens. In any case, the contact with and involvement of the owners is very nice and personal. The campsite is also nicely sheltered by many trees. There is much to do in the area within cycling distance.

We've had a wonderful time with our little family here. The playground for the kids, as well as the animals is just amazing - especially for little children. Katja and Paul are super friendly and put a lot of effort and love in the camping. We felt very comfortable during our stay and definitely gonna come back. 🌞

What a delightful campsite. Super cozy. Cool activities and a good atmosphere. Mae can't keep quiet about the camping trip and wants to go back.
How was the contact with the host?
Super charming, pleasant, smooth, positive, lovely people.
Tips for new guests?
Bring enough "play clothes" and maybe some extra coffee. Otherwise it is impossible to keep up with the energy that the children get here.

What a fantastic place this small-scale campsite. Fully equipped, large interior space and good and clean sanitary facilities. The children (4 and 7) also had a great time and had a great time with the go-karts, in the playground and while roasting marshmallows and feeding the animals together. We will definitely come back again!
How was the contact with the host?
Excellent; quick response and clear communication. In addition, they are very involved in the campsite itself, very nice!

This is exactly how a family campsite can be. This campsite is run with a lot of love and passion. We've visited a lot of campsites, but it's the little things that excite us. Even if it's just the detachable shower hose to shower the small child in a relaxed manner. The tractor tour and the animals... and and and.
How was the contact with the host?
Excellent! That's exactly how we love it. Personal and loving.
Tips for new guests?
Definitely the hot tube. So relaxed...

A nice small farm campsite surrounded by meadows, near the Sallandse Heuvelrug. A nice place for all ages. We were warmly welcomed, were allowed to choose a spot ourselves and in the evening we could make a fire near our own tent. Delicious! Where we are normally off-grid in the woods, it was a matter of switching gears on an open camping field. But the hospitality, nice chickens and donkeys, and nice, quiet place with nice other guests made us feel at our place.
How was the contact with the host?
The hosts are very hospitable and are waiting for you waving. You can ask anything and they will guide you around the animals and the fields with great enthusiasm.

Am very warmly and hospitably received by the owner. Two fields with enough shelter for shade and enough sun. An interior space where you can use a kitchen and where you can shelter from the rain. The owners have just moved here and have been open for a few weeks but it looks nice and well cared for. Recommended
How was the contact with the host?
Contact went smoothly, everything seemed almost possible.
Tips for new guests?
Take a look at the animals, too nice to see!
