Want to spend the night in a forest with the birds singing around you in the morning or wake up with a relaxing panoramic view? Our estate 'Beamtegrien' has both and consists of a beautiful forest plot of 4500m2 with an adjacent meadow of 1.7ha.

From November 2020, our family will live on this lovely plot and we would like to share this property with people who are just as in love with nature as we are!

We have our own parking space for guests on the plot, there is a water tap, compost toilet and in the yard you can spend the night in the forest or on the meadow. A campfire can be lit upon consultation.

Oh yeah, where are you actually staying? In Opende, on the border of Friesland and Groningen in a beautiful walking and cycling area. The area has the signature of the Ice Age and this is reflected in the rolling landscape with 'pingos' and heathland. Come by and experience!

Rules

You will have your own parking space with a water tap and a walking path to the camping site. You can maintain this access from the entrance and exit of the yard. We have chickens that roam around during the day so bringing dogs isn't very convenient. We have fixed places for campfires. Our site is a smoke-free zone and we like that you have peace and respect for nature. So no loud music and night noise.

We are Karlijn and Tjitte, since 2020 owner of a beautiful yard and equally beautiful farm. We live here with our 3 daughters with all kinds of fantastic dreams! The yard is large and therefore meant to be shared with people.
