Free camping for an hour of odd jobs a day? Then you've come to the right place with us.

We are Juliet, Tuur and Ellis. We also have Flint (dog), Kaatje (cat) and Vos (rabbit).
On 1 July of this year we moved from Rotterdam to Siebengewald. We are the proud owners of a handy house which stands on approximately 6000m2 of land.
The place is beautiful but there is a lot of work to do. Both in and outside.
Next to our house is a beautiful piece of land with a large 'swimming' pond, croaking frogs, birds, a swimming pool, the neighbors' horses in the background.
It's basic. But you are more than welcome. You can borrow our BBQ and take a dip in the pool. Within 10-30 minutes you will find various villages (Gennep, Nieuw-Bergen, Afferden) and within 25 minutes you are in Nijmegen. Within a fifteen minute walk or 5 minutes by bike you are in the Maasduinen National Park.
We don't have sanitary facilities yet, but we do have a camping toilet and a shower bag to borrow.
Next to our house is an N-road. There is quite a bit of local traffic, especially in the morning and in the evening. The rest of the day is not too bad for us, in the weekends it is quieter in terms of traffic anyway.
We have all kinds of jobs. Some of the jobs:
- digging up the sand of 'our beach'
- weeding.
- clear the vegetable garden from weeds.
- help build the chicken coop.
- make 'the gate' and put it in the paint.
- refurbish the barn doors.
- Help Juliet or Tuur assist with indoor chores.

One hour per day per adult. When camping for several days, you can of course also choose to add up the hours and do odd jobs in 1 day, then you have all the other days free to explore the beautiful surroundings.

We hope to see you soon.

Greetings Juliet, Tuur and Ellis.

Awesome place! The owners devided their garden into two parts: one for own use and one for their guests. We stayed at the “guest side” and it was great: a swimming pond, a pool and surrounded by nature. The only downside is that the house is located next to a busy road, but this wasn’t an issue for us (the garden is almost fully fenced). Thank you for your hospitality Juliet & Tuur!

We were looking last minite for a place to pitch our tent, something that was most like camping in the wild. Fortunately, we could go to Juliette. Although there is no sanitary facilities, we were able to set up our tent at their lake and were allowed to use their swimming pool or clean pond. It was a great experience, especially after hiking for 5 hours with a backpack on your back.

How was the contact with the host?
Very good. Once I got in touch with Juliette she was quick to respond and even offered to pick us up. because we were the first guests, we could use the toilet building in their house to be renovated. Very laid back people.

Tips for new guests?
A nice place if you don't have too many expectations yourself. For us it was a luxury, because we wanted to camp in the wild. If you actually want to go to a place where you want to be fully equipped, then this is not your place. Also I had some trouble finding the exact location initially. Only after payment will Campspace deliver this location to you (and the phone number of the host). That gave me some confusion, also because logging in was difficult.
