We have a modern dairy farm where approximately 130 cows are milked three times a day.
Enjoy camping on our lawn with a view.
Sanitary facilities are available at this location.
The toilet and shower is in the modern milking parlor, so don't be surprised to see cows running by ;)
In our area you can enjoy cycling and we are about 3 to 4 kilometers from Grou.
in grou there are various options, you can have a delicious dinner, rent a boat, rent an e-chopper etc.

What a wonderfully quiet place, with all the space and freedom! Really beautiful. The host and lady are friendly and proud of their beautiful company and are happy to tell you about it. The welcome was warm and they do not push themselves further. Just the way we like it.

Tips for new guests?
They sell their own meat on the farm. Really delicious and highly recommended to try.

The farm of farmer Broer is 14 kilometers by bike from Leeuwarden. On arrival, he and his wife were already sitting in front of the house and provided a warm welcome. I was given a tour of the farm and was allowed to set up my tent on a freshly mowed patch of grass next to the stable where the newborn calves were sleeping. There are some trees that provide shade and the sunset is beautiful.
The toilet can be reached via the milk pit (!) and there is also a shower. In the evening around 22:00 the cows are milked which is nice to see.
