Due to circumstances we were not able to spend the night there, but we did see and experience the campsite. It was very cozy, clean and everything necessary was available.

A beautiful place where I could completely relax and where the children could enjoy themselves with all the natural space to play.
We were with our tent. Beautiful places with plenty of space. Unfortunately it rained a lot, but luckily we could use the barn, which is completely furnished as a cozy living room. There we were dry and warm and we came to play games and read through the rainy days. Josje is a nice, friendly host. When my back started to bother me, I was even allowed to borrow her guest mattress. We would like to come back again.

There is little to do in the area. It is therefore really a campsite to enjoy the place itself or to take beautiful walks in the area. This is normally perfect for us, but as it rained a lot during our stay, we missed the distraction and dryness of an outing. If you are willing to drive a little further, the Museum of War and Peace and the town of Laon are beautiful places to visit.

Be sure to visit étang de la motte. At a fifteen minute drive from the campsite you will arrive on a real piece of coast in the Ardennes.
