Amazing house backyard in the heart of Condado, only steps to the Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants & convenient stores. Steps away from recognized hotels like The Marriot, La Concha, and The Vanderbilt Hotel. It is accessible to the lagoon where you can paddle board, do kayaking, etc. Area is great to walk safe.
