About this campspace

Welcome to Modern Hippy Campsite, located in the picturesque village of Toldijk in the municipality of Bronckhorst. Our campsite offers a unique experience for camping enthusiasts looking for peace and seclusion.

With us you can enjoy a stay in the middle of our orchard, where you can relax and unwind. Be enchanted by the serene atmosphere, observe wildlife or go out to explore the beautiful surroundings.

At our campsite you will find fire bowls, tripods and campfire pans that are free to use for all our guests. In addition, we have various games available both indoors and outdoors to have fun during your stay. For the adventurous types, we also offer inflatable SUP boards for rent, so you can discover the area from the water. Don't forget to book in advance, because when it's gone, it's gone!

In our farm shop you can find a wide range of delicious local products. From juices and drinks to salads, potatoes, vegetables, fruit, meat and dairy - we have it all. It is also possible to order freshly baked Achterhoek spelled bread for the next morning. So your day starts with a tasty breakfast.

The campsite is located near various swimming facilities, shopping centers and supermarkets. Toldijk is centrally located between Doetinchem and Zutphen and you can reach Arnhem within 30 minutes by car.

To remain environmentally friendly, we have installed a solar outdoor shower that is heated by the sun. This way you can also enjoy a refreshing shower in harmony with nature during your stay.

Beautiful place! Camping among the apple trees. The nut bread with apple jam from our own apples from the store with regional products is a must!
I was allowed to charge my power bank in the store. The first evening a wooden table with chairs was immediately brought, fantastic for a backpacker! You can also light a fire :)
All in all great.
If there is a hot shower I give 5 stars :)
I hope to come back again!

The Campspace was lovely, at the farmer's land. Choose a spot with lots of privacy in the orchard. A beautiful starry sky at night. Friendly hosts! Due to the heavy rainfall, the paths and terrain that are still unpaved were quite swampy, so not suitable for a car with a caravan. We were immediately stuck in long wet grass and wet clay...that has something to do with it.
