We have two furnished luxury bell tents, equipped with luxurious beds and comfortable seating areas. The tents are located between the veigen trees and offer a beautiful view over the site.
There is also plenty of room to camp with your own camping equipment.
There is a spacious outdoor kitchen with all mod cons. In the outdoor kitchen you can cook and eat deliciously. There is a new sanitary building with a shower and toilet.
Our place is located in the middle of the orange groves and the area is quiet.
Within walking distance is a nice restaurant where live music is often played. The town of Silves is 7 minutes by car.
We have a large above ground pool for nice cooling on hot summer days.

Our best camping spot during the entire Portugal vacation!!! We really enjoyed being guests of Mariska and René and already miss it a bit. ;-) The campsite has been lovingly and creatively designed and offers various options for finding a quiet spot and always discovering something new.
The sanitary facilities are clean, well maintained and new. The outdoor kitchen is there for everyone and is very well equipped. We also had a lot of fun with the other visitors and the lovely and trusting dogs.
We would definitely visit this campsite again if we are in the area again and can only recommend it!

How was the contact with the host?
The atmosphere is informal and uncomplicated. We felt very welcome and you can tell that Mariska and René are passionate about it. If you need something, both are immediately on the spot and happy to help.

This was our first experience using a Campspace host. Mariska and Rene have set a high bar for any other campspace to follow.



We loved it here, we loved the interaction with the animals and other guests in their vans. The use of the fully equipped outdoor kitchen made meal times a cinch, we had a sheltered place to sit and relax. There were board games, hammocks, a wonderfully refreshing clean pool. The shower/toilet/laundry facilities were spotless. On Wednesdays a local lady comes with a mobile mini market in a van selling local produce and essentials and most days there’s a local bread delivery (order the day before). 

For backpackers like us the bus stop is 1.7km and the train station about 2.5km.



There’s really good coffee at Cafe Europa about 25 mins walk and the town of Silves was under 6km. Silves is a really lovely place to explore with great restaurants. We could have made the beaches in an hour by bus if we wished.
