Converted into a guest house and campsite, “Goûte la vie” was once the sawmill in the village of Cerin, a typical hamlet of Bugey in Ain. This 1930 building and its wooded grounds, nestled between plain and mountain, is the ideal place to take a break, refocus on the essentials and appreciate the natural taste of life. For a night, a weekend or a long stay, in small or large numbers, you can take advantage of all the possibilities offered by these authentic spaces in the countryside. We also welcome important events in your personal and professional life. We apply the health precautions recommended by the government and the barrier gestures.

Noura and Gregory, nature lovers, have the pleasure to welcome you at Goute la vie. We wanted to create a warm place where our guests can relax while enjoying the beauty and calm of this beautiful place.

Goute la vie is located in the small village. Cerin known for its paleontological museum. Here you will find unique traces of the time before dinosaurs, when Cerin was still a lagoon. The inhabitants are friendly and welcoming, nature is pure, with mountains, breathtaking landscapes: beautiful hikes to do, lakes to discover waterfalls to see (all this can be done on foot). will revitalize.

Amazing place! We booked a camp space and had a great time. Beautiful hikes in the near area and at 1 hour driving distances. Every morning Greg goes to a local bakery and brings you the best bread. In the evening you can join dinner at the large table. Everything's made with local ingredients and vegetables out of their garden.

How was the contact with the host?
Gregory and Noura are wonderful guests. They do this with so much love and passion for nature and make visitors feel very welcome.

Wonderful stay! Very clever how they have transformed an old farmhouse with all the amenities you need. Possibility of fun games in the evening and a refreshment in the pool. You can also walk very nicely with panoramic views and visit rocks from the Jurassic era. Highly recommended!

How was the contact with the host?
Very good, very friendly people and also English speaking, so communication is very smooth.
