We reached the Enikerhof on the outskirts of Cham in the afternoon. We were warmly welcomed in the beautiful farm shop, where you can find an amazingly large selection of wonderful products. We were then shown our parking space on the meadow behind the yard, right next to the apple trees. Although the farm is on the outskirts, we stood here in the countryside and were able to enjoy the beautiful, sunny evening. The bathroom, which is located in the barn next to the meadow, definitely provides that extra portion of luxury when camping. There is a shower and a ladies' and gents' toilet. A hot shower after a day of hiking is something very special. We really liked it here and would love to come back anytime!

How was the contact with the host?
The contact with our hosts was very friendly, quick and unobtrusive. Of course, the contact by e-mail in advance worked very well and the appointment was made without any problems.

Tips for new guests?
The meadow was fairly level, but it certainly doesn't hurt to have wedges with you.
There is a wonderful farm shop on the farm with a wide range of fresh produce. We really enjoyed the in-house cider. It is conveniently available both with and without alcohol.
Since this parking space is on the outskirts, it is the ideal starting point to explore the town, Lake Zug and the surrounding area.

The place is not as idyllic as in the photos. On the profile the shop and the fields of the farm are highlighted, but the land at the back is not as beautiful, view of a part of the farm really not very beautiful. Garbage cans lying around on the ground, the toilets are dirty and you have to go through a smelly cellar.

There is, however, the specified equipment and an interior room where it seems possible to cook and do the dishes.

Fortunately we found ourselves next to other very friendly people in vans with whom we exchanged but we quickly left the next morning, nothing made us want to stay longer.

On arrival contact is made with the lady of the store, but difficult since only in German. And there aren't really any discussions, she just points us to the land in the back.
