Our small-scale eco-camping is located on a green, relaxing site called L'île de Bambecque in French Flanders. This place is a true oasis of peace and nature, a wonderful place where you escape time. L'île de Bambecque is a beautiful natural refuge to let the soul linger and to take a break from daily life. I was kindly welcomed by his host Ruben, who gave me a tour of the farm.
For a free donation it is possible to pick some of the fruits and vegetables, that one can find everywhere on the whole farm area - I definitely recommend you to do that and taste all those beautiful creations of nature.
This place is perfect for a (solo) getaway, camping in privacy, meditating, watching animals, eating great food and getting to know amazing people.
