About this campspace
If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, hectic everyday life and the eternal flow of life, then our small villa is the right place for you. We occasionally make them available for overnight stays. It is in the back of our small garden, overlooking the nature reserve. Here you can also watch beautiful sunrises, go for a walk and if you want to go into the big city, the S-Bahn is only a few minutes' walk away.
Furnishing
Bed 140x200, heating, TV, WiFi, sink with cold water, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, basic crockery, small folding wall table, chair. Bed linen and towels are provided. Shower in the main house 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If ordered in advance, an outdoor cooking area with a gas cooker or gas grill can be provided. There is a dry toilet block available for the night, which must be emptied INDEPENDENTLY. This is really quite easy and sounds more complicated than it is! Shower and toilet are accessible during the day in the main house. Please keep this in mind if you want to book Villa Bullerbü.
We live right next to the nature reserve, but in the immediate vicinity of train tracks - the S-Bahn is only a few minutes' walk away.
The little house is in our garden and the shower is in the main house, so we will meet each other every now and then.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules
A nice get-together is always nice, since we live on a nature reserve, but still on the edge of a residential area, so please don't make excessive noise and keep quiet times
