Located in an extensive private habitat reserve, Huon Bush Retreats is central to all the attractions of the Huon Valley just 50 minutes drive south from Hobart. This award winning, carbon positive retreat offers guests contemporary, deluxe tipees set amongst Tasmanian native forest. With 5km of interpreted walking tracks through rainforest, to a hidden waterfall and mountaintop, you will not miss internet or television here. Your Glamping Tipee is comfortably catered with a double sofa bed, wood fired heater, 12 volt solar electricity, usb charger. Each tipee is situated in its own private forest setting. The campground has gas cooking facilities, fresh rainwater, 12 volt solar electricity, an eco-friendly composting toilet, wood heater and an outdoor bath. (We also have self contained cabins plus campervan and tent sites)
