Pim and Bert's campsite is undoubtedly one of the nicest experiences we have ever had. The garden is stunningly beautiful and cared for with lots of love. You can enjoy it, especially the small unexpected details that make this garden a gem.
The house was also built with a lot of attention to ecology, and here too the plants have a central place :).
Big compliments to Pim and Bert for this entire achievement

We will definitely come back again!

What a wonderful weekend in the orchard with the extremely nice, caring hosts Pim and Bert. A nice welcome with an explanation of the most beautiful places nearby and a fire in the garden. As an extra with Bert to the lookout from the top of the church tower. A nice, spacious place to camp with beautiful cycling / walking routes in the area. Spacious shower and toilet room. It was too short but we highly recommend this place!

After a week's stay in the tent at the campsite "de vink" we returned home relaxed and energetic. That is certainly also due to the open and sweet people of the vink and the green quiet garden. Thank you for the beautiful impressions and the nice holiday!

What a beautiful quiet place! Camping under gnarled old fruit trees in the middle of an immensely large (exotic) botanical garden where you can get lost, discover and completely relax. Easy to find, pleasant host, well maintained toilet area. Size recommended!

Children with? Berkenhof tropical zoo is recommended when it is warm. Were a bit skeptical about it, but our daughter was delighted; looking for pearls in a sand bucket, water fun in a knee-high river in the jungle garden, watching butterflies and birds flying past you in the tropical garden. Doing.

We enjoyed this camper place. You are standing in a beautiful orchard in a lovely garden. Green, flowers and tranquility everywhere. The weather was great so we could sleep with the suitcase open. Sanitary facilities were provided and completely in tip-top order. This motorhome is definitely recommended

How was the contact with the host?
Due to circumstances we have not seen each other live. We arrived in the morning to see where we had to stand and then we wandered around in beautiful Zeeland until the evening. In the morning we got a call from the neighbor about our cat so we left home before the host was awake so we missed each other. But we had received a very clear road description with photos in advance. But we'll be back!

Tips for new guests?
Be sure to come and enjoy. Beautiful garden and orchard with beehives

A Zeeland oasis with plenty of space. The hedges keep you out of the wind, you can stretch out on the grass in the sun and you can cool off in the shade of the elderly fruit trees. Here you have a lot of privacy and your own super school sanitary facilities. Many nice, tasty and beautiful places to visit nearby. Or just don't go anywhere.

I had a wonderful autumn week in Pim and Bert's orchard. It's very cozy and the garden is just really interesting. In addition to flowers and vegetables, there are very special fruit trees. I was allowed to taste all fruit and eat as much as I wanted. I thought that was very nice and very generous. I also liked that there was a toilet and hot shower. Since I was the only guest that week, I had everything to myself.

How was the contact with the host?
Pim and Bert are perfect hosts. They provided me with maps, pointed out events and also told a lot about the landscape and villages of Zuid-Beveland. I learned a lot about the orchard, its history and what is special about it.

Tips for new guests?
Nisse is a good starting point for both hikes and bike tours. I liked that it's a small village, not overrun with tourists. I pretty much only rode my bike. There are many dykes on which cycle paths have been laid out. This means you always have a good overview and outlook. Beach life is not directly in front of the door (about 20-30km away). But you have a quiet, original environment here.

We were the only people staying at De Vink, which was quite nice. The grounds are breathtaking, very spacious and beautifully kept, with colourful flowers and fruit trees. It is an exceptional place made by exceptional people. We were only there for one night, but that was enough to understand the quality and care with which the garden has been built over the years. Everything is very tastefully designed and the respect for nature is great. We stood with a camper in a tree beard between the ripe apple trees. In the background you only hear birds and the sympathetic bells of the church tower of Nisse, which was also a discovery for us. In short: a refined place and an extremely well-kept garden.

Small paradise in the hedge and fruit tree landscape. We were warmly welcomed, then we were given a tour of the entire site. After this we were allowed to choose a place for our tent. Pim and Bert have just started this micro campsite, the sanitary facilities are brand new and look very neat. There are several power/water points on the field and there are plans to make a sink for the camping guests, there is also a B&B on the site. You camp in a relaxing fruit orchard of this great garden (which you can almost call a park). The garden consists of an orchard, an ornamental garden, a greenhouse and several beehives. Here you hardly have the idea that you are camping in someone's garden.Pim and Bert are very nice/helpful people. For example, we were allowed to make a fire in a barrel and there were currants and to top it off we could visit the church of Nisse, including a great view from the tower (with explanation about the area). Additional information is available about the area, which is suitable for beautiful walks and/or bike rides. We have completely relaxed here! Extra information:
- Nisse is Zeeland for Nose
- Many fruit growers in the area where a number of fruit machines are located with; apples, cherries, strawberries, jam, etc
- The sheepfold on the edge of the hedge area, fun for children.
- Various beautiful walks and bike rides (ask Bert)
- Make campfire in a fire barrel including wood
- Pim .'s hives
- Pim's garden is featured in various (garden) magazines
- Leaflets/cards available
- Brand new sanitary facilities
- Water and electricity points available on site
- Trampoline for the kids
- At 20 to 30 minutes from Middelburg and Vlissingen
- Supermarkets in the nearby villages
- Catering in the village itself
- Zeeland at its best
